For people who have difficulty coping at home; who do not have caregiver support or for those who choose not to die at home residential hospice care can be an option.
We provide whole person care with a multi-disciplinary team who accompany the patient and their family at end of life. Supporting the individual and their family and friends in this home like setting is our priority.
A Registered Nurse with specialized nursing certification CHPCN(C) and Personal Support Workers are on site 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
