Directions from Toronto:
Take HWY 403 west to Brantford.
Take the Wayne Gretzky Parkway exit off HWY 403. At the end of the ramp, turn left (south) onto Wayne Gretzky Parkway. Proceed south on Wayne Gretzky Parkway to Chatham Street (5 more stoplights). Turn left onto Chatham and take the first left, a driveway in to St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre and Hospice. See signs for parking.
Directions from Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo:
HWY 24 south to Brantford to Powerline Road (first stoplight at city limits after Honda dealership). Turn left onto Powerline Rd and go to second stoplight at Wayne Gretzky Parkway. Turn right onto Wayne Gretzky Parkway and proceed to 8th stoplight at Chatham Street. Turn left onto Chatham Street. Take the first left into the driveway and follow signs for parking.
